SECURITY POLICY

Aviomar S.A.S. Expresos Aéreos y Marítimos, its executives and collaborators, are committed to providing their services as a comprehensive logistics operator with national and international coverage, specialized in maritime transport, air transport, multimodal cargo and specialized removals free of illegal activities such as money laundering, contraband , drug trafficking, terrorism and bribery, in its international supply chain, through the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the requirements of the international BASC standard and safety standard, with a comprehensive risk management system, which allows controls to be applied effectively to ensure compliance with the objectives, applicable legal requirements and other security requirements of the organization's stakeholders.

SECURITY OBJECTIVES

- Provide services free of illegal activities such as money laundering, smuggling, drug trafficking, terrorism and bribery, in its international supply chain.

- Implement, maintain and continuously improve the requirements of the standard and the international standard in BASC security.

- Apply effective controls to the risks identified in the organization.

- Comply with the objectives, legal requirements and other security requirements of interested parties.

MANAGEMENT POLICY AGAINST BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION


AVIOMAR S.A.S EXPRESOS AÉREOS Y MARÍTIMOS requires compliance with all applicable anti-corruption and anti-bribery regulations in force in the exercise of its activity. The organization applies the values ​​of integrity and transparency by promoting and establishing them as part of its organizational culture, and applies “zero tolerance” to all types of corruption activities of any nature, whether committed by employees or by a third party acting on behalf of and / or representation of the same, implementing for it all kinds of measures necessary for the prevention and mitigation of the risk factors associated with corruption and bribery that may materialize.


AVIOMAR S.A.S has adopted the reference document of the United Nations Convention against Corruption (General Assembly Resolution 58/4 of October 31, 2003); corroborating that the company is determined to avoid corruption and fight it. And in accordance with the aforementioned, the organization will always act in an honest, responsible, respectful and transparent manner.

AVIOMAR S.A.S., as logistics operator specialized in moving, ocean, air and multimodal freight and special projects, establishes its environmental policy under a management system that foresees and controls the pollution sources, as product of its activities, which adheres the trend that promotes sustainable development.
The management and all employees share responsibility to achieve a level of development that encourages environmental care, according to the provisions in the environmental plan (PGIR) which is embodied in specific objectives and goals to promote environmental preservation, for the furtherance of recycling in the company.
